Each package includes the listed number of 4MP Hikvision Smart Hybrid Dome or Bullet cameras, one 4-channel Hikvision PoE NVR, a 1-2TB surveillance-grade hard disk, CAT6 cabling, installation and commissioning, remote viewing setup and user training. Standard hardware warranty terms apply.
The stated allowance is 16 metres of cable per camera. Standard routing uses white PVC conduit or an accessible false ceiling with manhole access. Concealed cabling and other non-standard routing may incur additional charges.
The listed installation scope applies to single-storey HDB flats, condominiums and retail shops or offices up to 1,200 sq ft with ceiling heights not exceeding 3.3 metres. Landed properties, larger premises or more complex sites may need a separate site assessment and quotation.
Remote viewing setup and user training are included in the package description. Remote access depends on compatible equipment, correct configuration and working network or Internet connectivity.
